“I think the reason I enjoy playing and writing music so much is because it gives me a sense of freedom or somewhere that I can escape to,” he said.

“I really enjoy the feeling of playing a new original song for people who haven’t heard it before.

“It feels great to show my creative side and express my emotions in tracks that could mean something to other people.”

Dylan, who uses the stage name Dylan Kristian, is about to share his talent with the world with the release of an album full of original music on December 7.

“My album entitled ‘Mended Wings & Broken Thoughts’ has 10 songs – nine originals and one cover song,” he said.

“I am above and beyond excited as there has been so much hard work over the past year for me to try and get this done.

“I have poured my heart and soul into the original tracks so this is overwhelming to see this finally come to the place I wanted it to.”

The album will be available on Spotify and iTunes.
