24-hour party people: police attend parties at same location two nights in a row

POLICE are investigating two out-of-control gatherings at the same Thornlie home two nights in a row.

On Friday night, police received numerous calls reporting a large number of people were at a house party in Bernice Street, Thornlie.

About 9.30pm police arrived at the home and an out-of-control gathering was declared just after 10pm when objects were thrown at police cars.

Officers at the scene broke up the party.

On Saturday night, police were again called following reports of a large party at the address.

Officers attended and cautioned the occupants but more people continued to arrive at the property.

About 9.15pm officers attended the property and an out-of-control gathering was declared.

No arrests were made, and the occupants are assisting police with their inquiries.
