Aldi given liquor licence for Harrisdale store

ALDI has been granted its third liquor licence in Western Australia, with the Harrisdale store being granted permission by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.

The board had previously rejected the application.

Aldi’s Wattle Grove and Butler stores have permission to sell alcohol, while the Kalamunda and Rockingham stores have also applied.

The Harrisdale store will be allowed to stock 60 wines, 16 beers, 15 spirits and four ciders in an area separate from the rest of the store.

Some wine bottles will be priced under $5.
