Lorraine and Barry Young formed the foundation after their daughter Amanda died suddenly from meningococcal septicaemia when she was 18 years old.
The fete, which is the awareness-raising Foundation’s biggest activity, shows off the Youngs’ spectacular rose collection featuring Amanda roses, grafted the year Amanda was born.
This year, 1220 people turned out to see the garden and enjoy art, craft and food stalls, live music, plants, cake and produce sales.
Gosnells Rotary Club, local artists, Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Rescue Centre in Martin, Gosnells Men’s Shed Band and local nurseries supported the fete.
