Armadale: cyclist fined by WA traffic police for using mobile phone while riding

A WOMAN was caught and fined by police in Armadale riding her bike while using a mobile phone.

She told police she was “talking to her daughter”.

The woman was riding on Forrest Road near Dale Road at the time.
