Armadale: fast food delivery driver attacked, has car stolen and set on fire

A FAST food delivery driver was attacked and his car set alight in Armadale last night.

Armadale Detectives are seeking information on the incident, which started in Camillo on Sunday, October 8.

At 7.50pm, the 20-year-old driver was delivering to an address on Baxendale Way.

He got out of the car and left it running while he went to the door of the residence.

Three unknown men entered his car, and when the driver approached them he was threatened with a machete.

The men drove off in the victim’s car, turning left on to Groveland Drive towards Westfield Road.

The car was found later that evening completely destroyed by fire at a park in Armadale.
