The workshop will explore what resilience looks like; it’s not a matter of being tough in every circumstance, and it’s not a fixed trait that a lucky few people inherit.

Bend Don’t Break takes place on Wednesday, July 5, from 1.30pm to 4pm.

Refreshments will be provided and bookings are essential.

Visit library.armadale.wa.gov.au or call 9394 5125 to reserve your spot.
