Armadale Library hosting resilience session for seniors

ARMADALE Library is hosting a session for older members of the community to explore resilient behaviours.

‘Life Can Be Tough – Bend Don’t Break’ is the latest instalment of the City of Armadale’s positive ageing workshops.

A representative from Anglicare WA will discuss how a lifetime of wellbeing for individuals, families and communities has been linked to developing resilient behaviours.

The workshop will explore what resilience looks like; it’s not a matter of being tough in every circumstance, and it’s not a fixed trait that a lucky few people inherit.

Bend Don’t Break takes place on Wednesday, July 5, from 1.30pm to 4pm.

Refreshments will be provided and bookings are essential.

Visit library.armadale.wa.gov.au or call 9394 5125 to reserve your spot.
