Armadale police investigate fraud and stealing offence

ARMADALE police are investigating a fraudulent ATM withdrawal after a wallet was stolen from a Challis Road liquor store.

At 7.40pm on Saturday, September 8, two women stole the wallet from the store counter and by 8.05pm, had withdrawn $800 from an ATM on Champion Drive.

Police have released CCTV images of two women who they believe can help with their investigation.

The first woman is described as being dark skinned with a large build, long dark hair, aged between 25 and 35 years old and wearing dark clothing.

The second woman is described as being dark skinned with a slim build, long brown hair, aged between 25 and 35 years old and wearing dark clothing with a bandana around her neck.

Anyone with information about their identities or the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
