City of Gosnells Mayor Olwen Searle said the result was pleasing for everyone who worked on the project.

“The project targeted 76 weighted points and the City achieved 76 points on its first round submission, an outstanding effort by everyone involved,” she said.

“What’s most pleasing is that our residents now have a beautiful and truly sustainable community facility.”
