Byford man (39) charged after allegedly committing obscene acts at shopping centre

POLICE have charged a 39-year-old Byford man after he allegedly committed an obscene act at a shopping centre yesterday.

The man allegedly filmed a woman entering and exiting a shopping centre on Abernethy Road in Byford and loading her shopping into her car.

Police allege the man then committed an obscene act in his vehicle, before he was arrested at the scene.

He has been charged with committing obscene acts in public and is due to appear before Armadale Magistrates Court on March 23.
