POLICE are investigating the armed robbery of a man who was playing basketball in Camillo.
Armadale Detectives said the armed robbery occurred yesterday evening,about 8.15pm when the 24-year-old victim was returning to his car after playing playing basketball at Kuhl Park on Westfield Road.
He was approached by a group of five people – four men and a woman – not known to him; one of the group was carrying a screwdriver.

READ NOWThe victim was knocked to the ground and received minor injuries to his hand, shoulder and leg.
He was treated by St John Ambulance officers at the scene.
The group took his car keys and left in his silver 1998 model Mercedes Benz sedan, which was recovered this morning, on Jarrahdale Road in Jarrahdale.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the vicinity of Kuhl Park yesterday evening about 8.30pm.
