THE 20 year-old woman accused of murdering teenager Jacob Cummins in Canning Vale last year has had her case adjourned until the end of February.

Aya Hishmeh appeared at the Central Law Courts via video link from Melaleuca Prison this morning as the judge granted her legal team’s request for an adjournment.

Police allege Ms Hishmeh drove the car which struck Jacob (17) and fellow teenagers Anwre Ige, Robert Bell, Augustine Janga and Mark Kickett on Eucalyptus Boulevard in December.

She was charged with the Baldivis teen’s murder and four counts of attempted murder.

Ms Hishmeh is yet to enter a plea and will now face Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on February 28.

She will be remanded in custody until then.
