Ben SmithComment News

THE 20 year-old woman accused of murdering teenager Jacob Cummins in Canning Vale last year has had her case adjourned until August.

Aya Hishmeh appeared in Stirling Gardens Magistrate Court via video link from Bandyup Prison yesterday morning.

She is charged with one count of murder and four counts of attempted murder after allegedly driving a car into a group of teenagers which included Jacob (17), on Eucalyptus Boulevard last December.

Magistrate Jan Whitbread told Ms Hishmeh’s lawyer she did not want the case delayed any further than necessary.
