THE Homicide Squad is seeking to identify the man pictured above, who they believe can help with them their investigation into a violent incident in Canning Vale earlier this month.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of Thursday December 7 at a McDonald’s restaurant at Livingstone Martketplace on the corner of Nicholson and Ranford Roads.
The incident is believed to have happened prior to the death of Canning Vale teen Jacob Cummins.
During the altercation several people were injured including a 16-year-old boy who received lacerations which required medical treatment.

Inquiries are ongoing and detectives would like to speak to anyone who was in the restaurant at the time of the altercation.
