APS, a refuge for abandoned cats and dogs based in Southern River, is hoping its cats can attract some attention and find a new home during the day.
APS head cat carer Gail Heazle said some of the more mature cats could win people over.
‘The APS is home to some real characters, such as Mister, our 17-year-old statesman who was born here, and will probably be with us forever, she said.
‘We have a range of very friendly black and whites, snowy whites, greys and everything in between to choose from.’
