Conmen driving away with cash from the vulnerable

Francis CurroComment News

On November 20, an elderly Serpentine resident paid $10,000 to resurface their driveway.

Acting Commissioner for Consumer Protection Gary Newcombe said these travelling conmen ripped off residents and broke consumer laws by carrying out sub-standard and unsolicited works.
