Department of Health names RPH nurse SWEETest Nurse of the Year

THE sweetest nurses were identified by the Department of Health last week, recognised for their efforts to support colleagues.

Jane Hodgson, who is based at Royal Perth Hospital, took the top award, named SWEETest Nurse of the Year – a title that sends for Supportive Work Environment, Education and Training.

The competition is run by the RPH and Bentley Group and encourages initiatives and programs that support staff members.

The list of finalists included two nurses from Bentley Hospital – Sarah Goddard and Farah Hussenbocus.

Ann Rodrigues, Barri Lythe, Caroline Freeman, Gemma Easthope, Jinesh Kunhangadan Kunhikannan, Sally Pain, Leonie Nield and Tracey Ladd were also finalists.
