Armadale detectives searched the property last Monday as part of Operation Carambola.
Senior constable Sacha Howlett said a tip-off from the public led to the discovery of the sophisticated drug set up, which included hydroponic equipment, fully grown cannabis plants and two grams of cocaine with an estimated street value of $24,000.
A 34-year-old man and a woman (32) have been charged with four offences relating to cultivating and possessing illegal drugs with the intent to sell or supply.
They are due to appear in Armadale Magistrates Court on September 17.
