The Gosnells local policing team, led by Sergeant Alex Nicholas and chief investigating officer Senior Constable Gavin Abbott, searched the properties on April 7.
Station officer-in-charge Senior Sergeant Ray Thompson said police would allege one of the properties was being used to deal cannabis.
He said the investigation followed a period in which members of the public had supplied the station with intelligence.
