Forrestdale: police on the hunt for burglars who stole euthanasia drugs from vet hospital

POLICE are on the hunt for burglars who stole drugs from a Forrestdale veterinary hospital this morning about 2.15am.

Canning Vale Police are particularly concerned about the theft of euthanasia drugs Lethabarb and Apomorphine which induce vomiting.

The drugs Propofol, Alfaxan, Diazepam, Zoletil, Antisedan,Dozadine and ACP were also stolen.

The stolen drugs could lead to serious medical complications in humans.

The people who stole the drugs may not fully appreciate the dangers associated with veterinary drugs.

Anyone who comes into possession of the drugs is advised not to take or administer them.
