Community members can celebrate the completion of the park, on the corner of Jarrahdale Road and Munro Street, at the informal get-together from noon until 3pm.
The Shire is organising a sausage sizzle.
Other activities include a clinic and demonstration from Skate Australia.
‘I know this has been a long-time coming for the community, and there have been many who have worked tirelessly to lobby for the skate park,’ Shire president Keith Ellis said.
