Kelmscott: police investigating theft of $900 mobile phone

ARMADALE Police are investigating the theft of a mobile phone from a car in Kelmscott.

At 8am on Thursday, September 6, a car was parked on Banyard Avenue when police say an unknown man entered it through unknown means and stole a mobile phone which was attached to the car’s dash.

The phone is believed to be worth over $900.

Police have released CCTV images of a man they believe can help them with their investigation.

He is described as being dark skinned with a medium build, short black hair and aged between 35 and 45 years old.

He was last seen wearing a black and white long sleeved shirt with a jacket and long dark pants.
