A police spokesperson said they entered the home and found a firearm.

A woman living there and two newborn children were inside the home at the time.

She is helping police with their inquiries.

The children were taken to hospital for assessment due to an unrelated issue.

Police would like to speak to a man who they believe was at the home earlier in the day, and may be able to help them with their inquiries.

Police have no concerns for public safety and students were released from the high school.
