The organisation is committed to making a positive and lasting difference in the lives of these children and young people and is seeking foster carers to make this happen.

‘We are looking for people who have a commitment to children and have room in their lives and their homes for a foster child,’ Ms Wilkinson said.

‘Key Assets offers our foster carers a weekly subsidy and plenty of assistance in the form of social worker assistance, up to 21 days respite per year and a 24-hour support line.’

Foster carers can be married, single, living with a partner, in a same-sex relationship, have children or not ” Key Assets needs all different kinds of people because there are all different types of children.
