RESIDENTS are called upon to help sew laundry bags for Aussie Heroes.
The Friends of Aussie Heroes are spread across the country and make quilts and laundry bags to send to Australian service members.
The quilts and laundry bags are gifts to say thank you to the serving member for their service and the sacrifice that service asks of them and their families.
Kraft Daze Sewing World in Maddington will be running a volunteer busy bee day on April 29 from 9.30am to 2.30pm to make laundry bags.
