Man seriously injured after crash with stolen car

A MAN has been seriously injured after his car was struck by a stolen Honda Accord in Thornlie last night.

About 6.20pm, the Accord was trying to evade police on Spencer Road in Thornlie.

At the intersection of Grenadier street the stolen car hit a silver Mitsubishi Magna head on.

Two occupants of the stolen car, the 23-year-old male driver and the 26-year-old female passenger were arrested at the scene and taken to Royal Perth Hospital with minor injuries.

The 35-year-old male driver of the Magna was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with serious leg injuries.
