Men’s Shed seeks to cut waste

Francis CurroComment News

Following a grant from the WA Waste Authority, the Men’s Shed has set about changing the way local men look at waste and recycling.

Chairman Ray Smith said the shed’s 175 members had all benefited from learning more about what can be recycled and the wider community had become involved in collecting materials suitable for recycling.

The Gosnells Men’s Shed will continue the efforts with recycling for the foreseeable future as part of its community involvement program.
