Mix up some great music in the SoundLab

He is giving tips to the SoundLab Music Crew, which runs at the Amherst Youth Space, with the next session being tomorrow. The SoundLab Music Crew is a specialised program that gives musically minded young people a chance to meet, take part in workshops, plan performances and develop their own musical talents with regular jam sessions.

Hyams will give existing members and those new to SoundLab Music Crew opportunities to learn how to write songs and then use the digital recording facilities at SoundLab to develop their skills.

Tomorrow’s session will be held at the Amherst Village Community Centre from 4pm to 7pm. Call 9397 3137 for more.
