Monk’s course on stress freedom

International visitor Venerable Amarantho host sessions from his From Stress to Freedom Course at the Cambodian Buddhist Society of WA’s Kelmscott property at 6 Scott Road.

From September 25, classes will be held there each Wednesday from 7 to 9pm plus a one-day workshop on Saturday, October 26 from 10am to 4.30pm.

The secular course will offer guided instruction in mindfulness meditation, gentle stretching, movement and mindful yoga and inquiry exercises promoting awareness in everyday life.
