Mundella feta and yoghurt named best in the State, up for national award

The dairy producer took home 13 awards for their premium yoghurts and cheeses, including gold awards in all three feta cheese categories.

Mundella's marinated, plain feta and Fine Herbs & Garlic fetas all scored 18 points or higher out of 20, scores that automatically allowed them entry into the Australian Grand Dairy awards to be held next month in Melbourne.

In previous years, Mundella Foods has received top honours at the national dairy industry awards.

Mundella Foods general manager David Day said that he was honoured with the latest string of awards.

"We are very proud that our products are consistently recognised and rewarded by our peers within the industry," he said.

�We�ve always known our yoghurt is the best in WA and we are excited to learn that our feta cheese range is too.

"We look forward to the Grand Dairy Awards and hope to bring home more trophies."
