AN Oakford man has been charged over a fatal collision in Kelmscott on Friday September 2.
Major Crash investigators have charged the 44-year-old with dangerous driving causing death.
The man was driving a Dodge utility vehicle down Brookton Highway while towing a caravan and quadbikes in a third trailer.
As he passed Stony Brook Bridge about 3.45pm the third trailer unhitched and travelled to the wrong side of the road, colliding with a Hino truck.
