One person dead following McDonalds stabbing, more in hospital following incident with a car in Canning Vale

ONE person is dead from stab wounds and five people are in hospital after an incident in Canning Vale this afternoon.

About 3.15pm, Police were called to Ranford Road McDonalds in relation to a “disturbance” where a number of people were fighting.

Two people received stab wounds and several people received injuries.

A victim with life-threatening injuries has since passed away.

An hour later police were called to Eucalyptus Boulevard where a car apparently ran into a group of pedestrians.

St John Ambulance took four people to hospital.

Police believe the incidents are linked.
