POLICE and St John Ambulance are at the scene of a multi-car crash this morning in Maddington, where four people have been seriously injured and rushed to Royal Perth Hospital.
Police say a number of people are trapped in vehicles.
The accident happened at around 6.50am this morning on Tonkin Highway near Gosnells Road East and Kelvin Road.
Tonkin Highway is closed northbound at Gosnells Road West to Kelvin Road.
