Perth’s weekend weather: there’s not a cloud in sight

PERTH people who find themselves wishing for warmer times as the days get shorter and the nights get colder are in for a treat this weekend.

After a mostly sunny day today with a top of 26C, the Bureau of Meteorology has forecast a fine weekend with zero chance of rain across Perth.

Friday night will get down to a minimum of 14C, but the mercury will hit a stunning 28C on Saturday.

Easterly winds from 15 to 25km/h will be present, becoming light in the early afternoon.

Saturday night is expected to be warmer, with a minimum of 18C tipped by the Bureau – rising to a warm maximum of 30C on Sunday.

The warm weather is set to continue into Monday, with a top of 28C.
