POLICE are investigating an incident where a man indecently exposed himself at Armadale Library.
At 6pm on Wednesday, September 19, a man exposed himself and performed an indecent act in front of a number of teenage girl and a woman who were in the library.
He ran away when a staff member confronted him.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man they believe can help with their investigations.
