Police investigate fraudulent purchases in Lynwood, Langford

POLICE are investigating a spate of fraudulent purchases that occurred after a credit card was stolen during a home burglary in Lynwood.

Between 7pm and 10pm on September 20, a home on Brandon Way in Lynwood was burgled and a number of items stolen, including a mobile phone, perfume and a credit card.

The next morning the stolen credit card was used in Lynwood, Langford and Thornlie.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they believe can help them with their investigations.

The man is described as being between 20 and 25 years old with dark short hair, a medium build and a large tattoo on his left upper arm.

He was wearing a dark coloured Adidas shirt and dark pants.
