POLICE are investigating a prescription drug theft in Gosnells on Monday afternoon.
A number of prescription drugs were stolen from a chemist at Gosnells Shopping Centre on Albany Highway about 2.45pm.
The drugs were taken from the back of a courier van parked outside the Chem-Mart Gosnells Store.

READ NOWThe offender was described as a fair-skinned male, believed to be wearing a green coloured T-shirt, black tracksuit pants with a white stripe, white trainers and a white baseball cap.
As the drugs are usually issued on prescription only, police are concerned they may prove harmful if they are misused or abused.
