MAJOR Crash officers are seeking witnesses to a fatal crash which occurred on Sunday, January 29 about 2km East of Kinsella Road in Lesley.
Two people have died while another two remain in Royal Perth Hospital with life threatening injuries.
The accident occurred when a late model maroon coloured Land Rover 4WD collided head on with a late model Nissan Navara 4WD at about 12.10pm.
A 68-year-old male passenger in the Navara died at the scene.

The 67-year-old driver of the Navara and 48-year-old driver of the Land Rover both sustained life-threatening injuries.
