Satisfied passengers

Francis CurroComment News

Transperth recently conducted its 2015 Passenger Satisfaction Monitor, which showed almost 90 per cent of its passengers were pleased with its services.

More than 4000 regular Transperth passengers were quizzed for the survey. Transperth spokesman David Hynes said the results were an improvement on last time.

"This is on top of an overall satisfaction rating of 92 per cent from all train passengers, 86 per cent from bus passengers, 97 per cent from CAT bus passengers and an all-time high 100 per cent satisfaction from ferry passengers," he said.
