Ms Baldwin was battling an aggressive form of tongue cancer, but hoped to take her two young children Jade (6) and Liam (2) to Disneyland.
A fundraising page was set up so people could donate and help get the family to Disneyland.
The money which has been donated so far will now go directly towards Jade and Liam’s upbringing.
