A TEENAGER has been charged over a fatal crash in Maddington which caused the deaths of two passengers and another two hospitalised.
Police said the 17-year-old boy was driving a black Holden Clubsport sedan when it collided with a tree on Coorain Street at about 10pm on Friday, October 4.
A 19-year-old female passenger and a 17-year-old male passenger both died at the scene as a result of their injuries.
Two other passengers, a 17-year-old female and an 18-year-old were taken to Royal Perth Hospital.
Police have charged the 17-year-old boy with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death.
He is due to appear in the Armadale Children’s Court on October 28.
