White Ribbon Day: men to march in Armadale against domestic violence

Jaime ShurmerComment News

The men will march from the post office, on the corner of Commerce Avenue and Jull Street, to Minnawarra Park in Armadale from 11.30am.

The event includes a sausage sizzle and the group will swear to not condone violence and abuse against women and children.

Men from all walks of life are invited to participate in the White Ribbon Day march to show family and domestic violence is not a ‘private’ or ‘family’ matter but is a major public and community health issue that should be talked about.
