An information program for women begins next week.

The sessions aim to enable people to eat healthily without giving up what they enjoy, to understand nutrition, respect their bodies and add enjoyable exercise into their everyday lives.

Sessions will run on Mondays in Gosnells from October 20 to November 17 from 10.30am to 12.30pm. For more information, call 9490 2258.
