ABS overlooked many in recent census

IT is appalling how the Australian Bureau of Statistics takes for granted that all people are computer “literate”.

How about the homeless, the elderly, the disabled, the incarcerated (I am unsure of that one) and not forgetting the percentage of people who quite rightly (it turns out) are sceptical or cynical.
