THE City of Gosnells’ advertisement in last week’s Comment News chooses to allege that rates notices are sent to ‘residents’, whereas rates notices are sent only to ratepayers’ representatives or ratepayers.
The City steadfastly refuses to reveal who made the decision to exclude those residents who are non-ratepayer occupants.
It can be seen to be highly elitist that the City continues to fail to recognise those residents who are non-owning occupants.
