I READ that in the recent City of Armadale council elections, Mark Geary was elected with 35.64 per cent of the votes for the Neerigen ward.
When I add up the percentages of each of the other candidates, I was amazed to find that 64.36 per cent preferred them.
Maybe I have missed something.
