They are Cooks Islands, Fiji, Nui, Tuvalu, Bermuda, New Zealand, Cayman Islands, Pitcairn Island and British Virgin Islands. The United States of Hawaii proudly displays the Union Flag in its flag, presumably to honour Captain Cook.
As far as I know, there have been no discontented rumblings from the inhabitants.
