The human rights expected for children of the ages that these are at are surely that they be fed, clothed and nurtured, along with being educated and taught respect.
So, tell me, who is at fault here? Not the “system” I think.
I’d say that these children’s rights are, or should be, in the hands of their parents.
I’m concerned about the rights of victims of crime.
How is it we are supposed to be worried about how these children are dealt with? They are obviously better off than they were.
I’m sick of the bleeding hearts: too much serious crime is being committed by children.
Maybe when it is necessary to place children in custody it might be a good idea to put their parents into the adult prison because they have not carried out their own duties toward their children’s basic human rights.
Can we please have a more honest and sensible look at this issue?
