Keren BellosComment News

City of Gosnells Mayor Olwen Searle recently joined PRDnationwide WA director Angus Murray and Thomas Building director Alan Thomas at the Glenariff Apartments site to witness the laying of its foundations.

On the corner of Glenariff Boulevard and Ranford Road, the PRDnationwide development is more than 50 per cent sold, with residents expected to move in early next year.

Priced from $330,000, the 44 apartments will each feature up to three bedrooms, timber floors, stone benchtops in the kitchen and bathroom, built-in Bluetooth speaker system in the living area, security gates, voice intercom system and secure parking.

Shops and public transport are within walking distance and there is easy access to Murdoch University, Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch Station. Canning Vale has a choice of public and private schools, parks and sporting facilities, with Gosnells Golf Club nearby.

Ms Searle said the development offered the community a diverse range of lifestyle choices.

“The apartments are in great proximity to local amenities, with shops and medical facilities on the doorstep,” she said.

“Glenariff Apartments provide a great opportunity for young people looking to enter the real estate market and seeking quality accommodation, as well as anyone wishing to downsize.”

Mr Murray said a proactive local council had ensured Canning Vale was prepared for a population influx for some time.

“The infrastructure is in place, plus the shopping and dining options are second-to-none,” he said.

“Canning Vale has been described as the ‘Joondalup of the South’. The local markets that open on Sunday attract more than 300 stalls, offering a huge selection of produce and products, and a terrific community atmosphere.”

Mr Thomas said he had confidence in the product, having built with Mr Murray and the project’s architects for more than 20 years.
