THE Gosnells Croquet Club is calling for help to install some security cameras after a spate of burglaries and break-ins.

The club has had four break-ins at its heritage-listed clubrooms in the past two months with the thieves taking laptops, alcohol and even bread and milk from the fridge.

Club president Maggie Cussell said City of Gosnells workers came and cleaned up quickly, but it was still very disappointing.

“It brings us all a bit low,” she said.

Club member Terry Brown asked a question without notice at the council meeting last week to ask for funding or installation of security cameras to stop the constant break-ins.

The council will respond within a week.
